Some of the most meaningful discoveries happen when we have the chance to learn, reflect, and try something new with others.
Project Happiness offers practical tools for strengthening awareness, emotional resilience, and connection. We’re exploring new ways to bring these practices into classrooms, Happiness Clubs, and community gatherings, with room for everyone to participate in their own way.
Explore Group ExperiencesWe are developing flexible, experiential resources for groups and peer-led Happiness Clubs. The journey begins with learning to notice our thoughts, attention, and emotions, finding ways to steady ourselves, and exploring the strengths and values that help us feel most like ourselves.
From there, the focus turns outward: listening, belonging, working with others, and bringing a shared idea to life. A student might discover an unexpected strength. A small group might welcome someone new or create something useful for its community. The learning becomes real through participation.
This group approach is still in development, with early materials being piloted with educators in Nigeria. We are gathering feedback before offering a complete set of resources more broadly.
